Absolutely amazing, simple, logical, and said with understanding of basic biology.
One secret I learned from few pros is how much some bodybuilders neglect the neck exercises. Looks horrible when someone has huge muscles and a tiny neck. It is almost a cartoony look. And as you said " you cant neglect legs and build your upper body". However I had seen people with huge upper body and tiny legs. :)
How is that possible ?
