1993 Kripalu Yoga demonstration part 1

This is one of the most thoughtful and articulate descriptions of three stage Kripalu Yoga written and choreographed by Christopher Baxter. This 1993 demonstration was in honor of Gurudev's (Yogi Amrit Desai's) 60th birthday. The yogis in the demonstration are Jayant (Bradley Tryon) Rajen (Scott Morley) Ramdas, Murali, Vinai (Tom Gillette) and Justis Hatch. In attendance are many gurus, including Bikram Choudhury. Other Kripalu ashram notables show up including Devanand, Krishnapriya, Brahmanand (Don Stapleton) Shantipriya (Marcia Goldberg) Vasudha (Joyce Orr) and others.
