This song is sung by a group called HillSong. Its a song that has a powerful message behind it. Its about the realization of the Love and Sacrafice the Good Lord has given and made on our behalf. Then it tells of our reaction to it, or how we respond... It makes me want to shout, Halleluia, thank You Jesus...

Sorry that you feel that way... I actually dont discriminate against any culture or race. because our race doesnt matter... God made us all in the image in God... and pretty sure he wasnt just talking about his color. He made us to be like him... And to me it doesnt matter what race the people of this video are... what matters is the WORDS of the song... Thats it...

  • awesome song! l love it! so much meaning! God bless!

I don't think saying Jesus is white is a downgrade, just a misrepresentation. In your fight for equality please remember to act justly and show mercy...and to be loving to all... I know how easy it is to hate white people after learning the history and seeing racism is less than arms length away... but let there be gentleness and measured words in your response otherwise the message you're giving is lost. God bless you dailynewcenter... signed: A proud black

  • sorry my message is so long and disjointed: the other post are below

  • Lastly: Why is it ok to put in one black, Asian or any race and state it is diverse. I'm not saying that's what you did. I don't think you realised majority of your pictures were of white people but ask yourself...why didn't I put in more images of other races...more than likely you won't come up with the "I'm racist answer". But you will see that we tend to lean towards representing our own race or the white race...especially when it comes to Christianity. God bless you..and thank you again :)

  • Especially when it was used to condemn other races in earlier times... I say this a black Christian who has grown up in a country where slaves where told they were unholy and deserved this treatment because they were black and where Christianity was forced on them as their only solution that could only partially save them because they still had their skin that was a result of their sin.

  • The picture of a white Jesus is widely circulated and accepted as His image. But why? There is a need for all of us to feel like we can relate with Him, which is probably why it was painted it as such. But if studies show that He more than likely wasn't white why do we feel we must keep using that image?

thanks for posting this song :) I really appreciate it

I wanted to speak about what Dailynewscenter said though. I don't think you are racist nor do I think you discriminate against any race but there is some things to consider in what he says.

  • @ladyklova AMEN TO THAT. WE ALL ARE MADE IN GODS IMAGE. WE ARE ALL CHILDREN OF GOD. WE ARE THE BRANCHES AND HE IS THE VINE....

  • this song wasn't recorded by Hillsong, but by CFNI worship, I believe.
