http://www.privatelessons.com | PHILADELPHIA | Paperless Pianist Hugh Sung on Digital Music Direction -- Music and technology have been married for a long time. Yet, much of the classical world is still playing catch-up in adopting certain tools that seem like an obvious thing to do. I spoke with my colleague Hugh Sung in his studio at The Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. For the last six years, Hugh has been using a tablet PC in performances which holds a library of over 6,000 works in digital format. His latest development is a wireless page turning device called AirTurn. This is an insightful look into the future of teaching and performing technology tools.
