Third, he seems stoned: walking around aimlessly with only a dollar and seeming kinda sleep-deprived. "Whooa..aha..." at the end, when he learns his dollar can get him a huge quantity of junk food for his munchies. He probably only has one dollar on him and can't navigate home to get more dollars cause he spent the rest his money on pot.
