this is not free running at all,its just some kids who saw it on tv and made a video of them playing on a playground-over here we spend 90 percent of time doing gymnastics and pole control-proper free running is a novel skill-all this is, is some unfit teenagers who are leapfrogging and rolling and messing around-i apolagize to people who think this is free running-i assure u this spectacle in no way represents us

You talk as if you know everything about us. Firstly, gymnastics and pole control is YOUR choice to spend time on. This was one day of many we train, and we don't record everything because why would we? That would take away from the training. Also, I'm not representing ANYONE, just training for myself and enjoying it. Don't act superior because your method differs from mine.
Peace,

Yeah, that's fair enough...BUT the roll at 37 is quicker than running it off and more controlled. The roll at 56 could be absorbed in, and I can already do that...but this be a training video and my rolls suck! So I was training 'em. Some of the vaults were sloppy, but that's what this video was to show...actual training, not over edited colour changing, glorified clips of the absolute best we can do, but rather training what needs to be trained. Thanks for your opinion:)

No sprints or explosive leg power being trained here, it's all just vaults and upper body. I don't see why you choose to train the things that have the least value.....

Good point...I didn't do any sprints, but did a bit of running. In regards to the leg power, I'm not bothered too much when there are alternative methods available for overcoming obstacles...not everything is jumping. I train my legs at home in conditioning, train other stuff outside. But also to quote wolF:
Since when does something you do not involve your whole body?
