  • Are they stopping production in china yet? I want to get one, but one that works.

  • @dugman36 We have returned to our former supplier in Taiwan who has made Optimus products for close to 30 years. They are a small family run company and have a dedication and understanding far surpassing our chinese supplier. We want our customers to have a long and safe "relationship" with Optimus and the outdoors!

  • @KatadynKP I'll buy it when they are made in Sweden again ;)

  • the one with the black burner is faulty, made in .... China. Get one with the chrome burner. Better rubber seals. Maybe made in taiwan again??

  • I'm glad I've got the 2nd gen made in sweden version now.

  • For safety, shouldn't you clear combustible materials from around the burner? I understand that it makes the video look "natural". Someone is going to see this as common practice/instructional presentation and accidentally set things ablaze.

  • @KatadynKP Thats good to hear. Will it be spread between Sweden and Taiwan or just Taiwan, I'm not sure what it was like before. Either way, any idea when they will be available in Australia again?

  • This lloks like a very good stove thanks ,
