Great work! I'm going to do an introductory talk about Ruby and Rails this Friday with a local Ubuntu users group near Nuremberg, Germany, and this video will help me a lot to get the latest news on Ruby and (hopefully) to get the balance between birds-eye view and harcore in-depth insight just right.
