@colinm27 the "shit" he teaching to the police and mma fighter is just a simple technic .. they can't do it like seagal because they don't have aikido base so the can't make the move like seagal did. they don't have any clue what to do .. they only see the move but not know the essence how to make that move. just like you .. you hate what you don't know .. that pathetic with a child attitude LOL
