dont waste your time, the contender has high end torque, and low end horsepower. result: no power and tons of wheel spin. the contender is a piece of shit in GTA4

this place is located on the same island by the airport.. its right up the road from the airport by one of those burger places.. you should see a broken fence off to the side of the road, and you just drive through it.

@dannyclub09; I'm pretty sure this is located at the top of the middle island "Bohan" where you start with the crappy apartment and there's a mission with a casino which is where this is I believe.
