FAKE GHD'S
First enter your styler's 15 digit hologram code to register your ghd at www.ghdhair.com If it is fake it will come up unrecognized.
Second look through the book that came with them for spelling mistakes
Third Look at the holograms for spelling mistakes
Fourth the serial code hologram should only be on the straighteners not on the plugs tag.

always make sure your buyer offers a return policy.
Amazon does have some GHD's listed that are fake. Ask them for the specifics and a picture of item before purcahasing and make sure plug has a circuit breaker. If it doesnt then it's a fake.

@Tree023 they are real from amazon because on the ghd web they has a website checker so you can see it the website are sellin real ghds and if you do that it shows you that they are real

I had that straightener and returned it because mine turned out fake, i miss the white one so much... but now I have a black ghd, not as nice as white but still ghd

Hey! I bought mine from Amazon too and, like you, did the research and found it to be authentic. It's really been bugging me that all my comments lately are 'amazon only sells fakes'. I guess I'm not the only one! Aw well! :P
