    I would kiss Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) in any time, place, episode, planet, ship in front of any group of aliens or humans! She was and is a very beautiful woman and actor! Spock's got taste! James is a male whore lol. If Kirk didn't like that maybe green is his thing. ;-)

    Kirk always had an on/off soft spot for Uhura it seemed that way sometimes in ST,but mostly she was just an officer under his command,this was a great episode

    Fun fact: They filmed this scene a couple of times but decided that showing an interracial kiss was to risky at the time. So they decided to film one more time but with the kiss just out of view of the Camera and only allow for you to see a part of Williams face. Shatner crossed his eyes and made a goofy face which force them to just use the footage that showed them kissing. Williams the man!

    Not quite. Has was born and raised in Quebec. However, he and his home did appear on the show "American Pickers," where the stars are from Iowa.  I don't remember if that episode was actually filmed IN Iowa.
