This tutorial demonstrates how to download and install uTorrent, how to set the folder that torrents download to, opening a seed file, increasing download speed, copying the download to another location on your computer, removing the torrent from uTorrent and setting the scheduler to operate within parameters that you designate.
uTorrent is great for file transfers of massive sizes, and seed files can be shared via email. The seed file is the key to the data directory that operates exactly the same way as Limewire or other P2P file sharing network. Limewire and other P2P platforms are also compatible for downloading and seeding torrents to other peers on the web.
I set my upload limit to 40 KB per second. This keeps my feed back into the pool @ an acceptable level. uTorrent works by splitting a given file into parts, and further splitting those parts into blocks. the moment you download a block, uTorrent then recognizes your node as a possessor of said block and uses you as a point to feed said block and all successive parts back into the download pool for others to get.

Bit meter shows that uTorrent clearly uploaded more than twice the amount downloaded.
