Paul Nathanson Deposition in Perry v. Schwarzenegger (Excerpt)

This week, the pro-Prop 8 defendants in the federal case Perry v. Schwarzenegger withdrew two people, Paul Nathanson, Ph.D. and Katherine Young, Ph.D, from their federal trial witness list. Their depositions by the anti-Prop 8 plaintiffs' attorney David Boies of The American Foundation For Equal Rights seem to indicate the witnesses would not have been much help to the defendants.

Well, I guess that makes it clear why the anti-equality side didn't want this guy testifying. For that matter, it should now be obvious why they didn't want this trial taped at all. Apparently "God's people" can't bear much scrutiny.
