Racism is such an abused word now a days. Seriously, what is there REALLY to be racist about? Does this really all come back to slavery? If so, make sure you all know that the tribes in Africa created slavery in their own country as a means of power. The losing tribe would be used and abused by the tribe who beat them. And what more, it was the African tribes who sold "THEIR" slaves to the white Europeans thus inducing African slavery into the western world. Past is Past, get a job and a life...

the degree of acceptance this school gives to publicly racist teachers and students is reassuring comfort to many of the white supremacist that is associated with it.

I have seen student club publications (young republicans) that humiliate blacks, i have seen a white professor that do not allow any asian males into his department (however allows asian females) and lectures about his dislike of the high percentage of asian students at columbia (he teaches a IT course).
