With properly applied force the locks solenoid can bumped out of position, atleast on the videx cyberlocks. The solenoid spring just does not provide enough tention to prevent this on the padlock versions.

maybe a couple of shhims would have that open

just use a frequency scanner then emit the frequency the lock works on

you could easily get through that with bolt cutters or a cordless drill.
