Minecraft Runway Landing Lights Tutorial

As requested by a couple of viewers, here is a short tutorial on how I made the landing lights for the airport I built in Minecraft. This is my first time ever making a tutorial of any sort, and things didn't go perfectly, but I'm still learning.
