What is the Challenge?
The NINE-Week Fitness challenge is an opportunity for you to focus on your fitness and health. You can increase your health NOW by saying Yes to the 2009 Winter Challenge. Dedicate nine weeks to the following fitness and nutrition goals and watch as your health and fitness improves.
When is the Challenge?
The challenge will run from January 26, 2009 to March 30, 2009.
How do I sign up?
Sign up on http://www.recreation.ucla.edu/ . After signing up pick up your shirt at the JWC Fitwell Services Desk or Fit Center South.
Log your workouts at www.recreation.ucla.edu/iworkout and receive awesome incentives as you achieve certain workout milestones.
