If it was written for Meatloaf, then why did it take him like 10 years after she did, to finally record it? I remember, Meatloaf was pissed that this song wasn't given to him.

@pkightley it's not meatloafs, celine sang this at 1998 for let's talk about love, also it's all coming back to me was sang before he did it, jim steinman wanted her to record these songs, but this song was a demo..

For those of you who are misinformed: no singer has to have another's permission to record any song that has already been recorded. The royalties are then payed to the appropriate people (primarily the composer).

why does celine dion always steal songs written for meat loaf and don't argue this and its all coming back to me now were written by Jim Steinman for meat loaf. I wouldn't mind it so much but then she goes and ruins all of them.

She's not stealing anything. She's only borrowing and of course with the approvel of those people who owns the rights.
