What a bright future I see on the horizon. Even though I will never be able to take part in the curative properties of marijuana, due to kidney failure and their stringent rules on transplant recipients not using this drug, I wholly support its use as a cure for those who are suffering; and have no other medication that actually works.
This is one of the most insightful pieces on the legitimacy of medical marijuana that I have come across. My only qualm is at a few points the film there is an advocacy for smoking the plant. I think the plant is most beneficial when ingested or used topically through the manufacture of its oil form. And when used in small doses you do get ease of anxiety and the curative properties without the "high". I am elated that science is stepping in and validating the curative properties of marijuana.
@cindybin2001 One more thing, why do you keep mentioning your book like any of us are going to read it. Just to let you know, the pharmacological drugs that you get at the doctor, well...They get paid to write you those prescriptions, kick backs if you will. Yet you still can't see the light that, there is something that nature gave us to help ourselves, it stays illegal, because no one can patent it, and make millions off it. So please continue to be misinformed. Ill continue to smoke my meds
@cindybin2001 It may very well be illegal where you live (get out of the sticks). Where I live it's perfectly legal if you have a medical condition, to use and possess 2.5 oz of ready to use Cannabis. So who says its illegal? The federal government? wow...Dont you think they get kick back money from the "big pharm" companies? What do you think is more harmful Vicodin or Cannabis? I was prescribed 60 Vicoden ex a month for 5 years...and Cannabis is bad? Misinformed is what misinformed says.
@cindybin2001 Well, you continue on your merry way in your crusade, you aren't hurting anyone. I trust you get a sense of fulfilment, or you wouldn't bother, so hey, you roll with that, and I'll roll my joint. Good day to you.
Any one that has smoked weed knows it does not compare to LSD, Ecstasy or Heroine, at least not the bud I get in Texas lol.
