suwa0015-this is the winemaker speaking.You said you made Dandelion Wine,then you mentioned oranges.Oranges contain citric acid and depending on what you did,it is possible to add to much acid to the must..The best way to clear the wine is with the use of Bentonite powder-this will clear the wine.vallo38

Winemaker, I recently made dandelion wine from a recipe my grandmother had and it had me leave the rind on the oranges, but now that is the overwhelming taste in the wine. Would adding tannin help to remove some of this taste? Also my wine is not clearing up at all, is there anything I can do or add to help this process? Thanks!
