Losing weight is extremely easy. Now, losing weight, Fat exclusively, is difficult, especially while putting on muscle AT THE SAME TIME. I've already mastered a method that works for me. But It is impossible to lose ONLY fat, in such short amount of time....I am not impressed at all.
