I do respect to your hard work, please dont get me wrong. It seems like you have terrible DNAs which will never let you be around 7-8%BF. Even worse scenario is, what you are doing in terms of nutrition and exercise is absolutely wrong. Please take it as a friendly reminder, this is not a HUGE transformation and trying to make money by selling your program is fooling people who has no workout background.

hey man i got one question that bugs me : If i do this program will i lose my chest , arms , legs size?? my problems is just my belly fat :(

This works, not kidding. I didn't look good at all, I had belly fat while the rest of my was rather skinny. Now I still have a little belly fat (it's very very hard to get rid of it) but it doesn't show because of my muscles. I'll never be as buff as Omar, but that's ok with me. Ladies finally stare at me, this feels great. Thanks a lot Omar!

i only have one question omar.... should i do cardio everyday and for how long?... i usually do an hour daily ... long enough?

@victoremontaraz It depends, as long as strength is the same and muscle mass is the same, you are fine :) if you don't lose weight you can always up the amount!
