@TheShAdOwFoRm Not only did I not say that anything was the "wrong" thing, but there is an ironic double-standard in your statement.Just as she's entitled to feel what she wants to,so am I. As I am also entitled to express this opinion,& to express my disagreement with her, & to also express how it has changed my perception of her & the character. As for "who cares?", well I do. I find it interesting, as I am in poli-sci. If you don't, great, you don't have to read it &respond.

@ammarios Who cares what her beliefs are? She's entitled to feel what she wants to. Who are you to decide what someone should feel? Just because she's a celebrity, doesn't mean she has to join the congo line of other celebrities who have different beliefs. Just so you know, being a right winged homophobic isn't the 'wrong' thing. it's just an opinion which everyone is entitled to their own. I love this show and I think Melissa is awesome and her beliefs and opinions wont change how I feel.

@antoniogabriel89 As for Melissa, sadly you're absolutely right. After reading up on her, I discovered that she is a right-wing homophobic conservative Republican.Totally ruined the "Sabrina" character for me; so yes, it is ironic.

I myself am a Canadian left-wing Social-democrat/Democratic-Soc­ialist/Civil(social)-libertari­an &member of the NDP(Canadian party)-(I used to be a member of the Liberal Party of Canada till they moved too far right,so you can imagine my dislike for Melissa's politics

@antoniogabriel89 Well, the joke is that Zelda (& Beth Broderick), like myself, is a Social-democrat. In the U.S the Republican Party, as their record would show, are very pro-war and war-mongering. (Bush, Nixon..etc), unlike the Democratic Party (which is the major national party that Social-democrats usually belong to in the U.S)-not that the Dems NEVER support war, but with the Repubs it's almost a party-staple. So, the joke is not only is Zelda an anti-war soc-dem, but Repubs are war-like..
