@pjs765 As I recall, this was our very first attempt in using the video camera, this was also our first attempt at developing choreography. We had fowled up 2 or 3 attempts at getting the camera to record. We were both fatigued from the previous run throughs that we believed were recording. I did not learn to edit until several videos later. Everyone has to begin somewhere. Sorry for the non-edited video.

We changed it up a little bit, now when moving side to side we pump hands overhead when we do the four count side steps on count four we clap over head, then repeat the other direction. Adding a little hop with the overhead hand pumps increases the cardio stimulation.

It is an amazing thing I have observed over the years, whatever fills up a person's heart will spill out of that person's mouth. If a person is filled with anger, bitterness, hatred they are basically full of darkness and unable to make any comments to encourage or lift up others, their constantly seeking out ways to inflict cruelty. What they say reveals their nature.

I wouldnt actually consider this as a dance. Im sure youre all capable dancers, but this is basically just illustrating the lyrics of the song which anybody can do.
