Hi,Continue from last comment,I meant to say what changes did you notice with doing 2 swf a day??can you in some detail share with me ,How you stayed focus with the cleans,hearing those comments?I'm a woman and will be turning 43 yrs old in June and just want to live healthy.and alive.everyone you mention what your doing.they get all negative even parents, mine. lol they love me yeah I know, all I want is support.Thanks for sharing.

I use you for inspiration,I'm on day7 and it's been OK I'm getting very little sleep thou, I'm like you I don't like drinking the tea at night because it makes me go poop and the mild cramps r rough.I want to swf at night too, but dont know if this is a good idea.what change did you notice with doing the salt water flush??

I need some help... I try the sea salt flush, and the tea laxative... but it don't seem to work how many days does it takes to work?
