Okay, I've been trying this for hours and I just can't get it done...I'm using all the defenses and so on, but I just can't kill all the guards, they're too many.
And btw, when I try, the keep attacking me all the time, they kind of wait for you to attack here?

@Firestar5000 I guess I understand what you were saying in that the way my video looks its like i dont know how to play...but my reasons behind it is simply trying to find a way to keep this game interesting. Why is it so many games feel the road to entertainment is by giving me an all powerful character who cant possibly lose. Let's face it you have to be pretty bad to lose a fight in AC, AC2, ACB, he's just too good and it takes seconds to heal yourself back to 100%.

@Firestar5000 Not just aiming these comments at you either :). @TheMcillist I'm not really sure what else to tell you man. Just be ready with the counters, not sure what platform your using but you just need to know which buttons do what and its easy from there. Counter, sometimes go on the offensive and strike them while they're still reeling from your counter, or switch and attack someone else. Remember to use the grab and throw as well.

@Firestar5000 In particular with Assassin's Creed I feel this game is simply far too easy to annihilate swarms of guards with barely a scratch, and I don't like that about AC. As you pointed out I could use many more of the counters and other moves to get the fight over with much faster but having beaten this level sooo many times these days I prefer to give the AI a sporting chance to keep things interesting. Notice I made my move only once my health was down to nothing.

@Firestar5000 Mate I don't have any problem with people not liking my videos or posting negative comments. I'm not putting these vids up to try and claim to be the best at playing, its just me having a casual run through my favorite games. If you or anyone else dislikes them its no big deal, but if people make negative comments sometimes I'm gonna comment back :). Like I said I dont try to rush my way through games, specially when this is an old game I've already done many times.

That's totally fine, and I respect that. But be wary of this. When you post videos onto the internet, expect criticism. And lots of it.

@TheMcillist There isn't much to know really, essentially you need to be ready to do one of two things, counter, and dodge, master those and you will win easily, too easily. You can also go offensive and try attacking them sometimes, and also grabbing and throwing them to the ground. I find it too easy and unrealistic which is why I prefer taking it slow and at least giving the AI a chance, if you do everything right the AI doesn't stand a chance AC is a one man army.
@Bubbelchoklad not sure I have paid that much attention to know if they wait for you to attack. Two most important skills to remember when fighting in AC (any version) is wait and simply counter their attacks (remain in defensive stance/mode, when you see them start to attack click to counter), and knowing when to dodge, with those two skills alone you can win any fight in AC. Nothing else I can say really, just take your time and you'll win this fight.

@TheMcillist Just to continue that...In AC1 its really quite easy because you never have more than one guard to deal with at a time, but even with that sometimes you should also remember to use the dodge if your losing too much health, take a break and just block while you let your health build up again. This is one of the reasons I find it too easy and even worse in the newer AC games, pop a pill and your back to full health in seconds, that just wrong.
