iq is just your ability to learn... you can have an iq of 170 and that doesn't make a difference if let's say your parents are conservative christians and they home school you.

I would have liked to have heard the whole conversation, i.e. what the other guy said that he was responding to.  Maybe the other guy was an ass first, bragging he was smarter than Biden?

This dude Biden has some form of brain damage I think. He lies, he copies the writings of others, he forgets history, etc. He should be medically removed from the VP position.

Bragging about an IQ score is a form of dick-waving, that invariably makes the person doing it look like an idiot.
