Neuropsychiatrist and author Louann Brizendine, M.D., discusses possible reasons for higher rates of clinical depression for women than in men.

-----

Louann Brizendine talks about "The Female Brain."

Brizendine established the first clinic in the country to study and treat women's brain functions. This revolutionary book combines two decades of her work and the latest information from the scientific community to provide a truly comprehensive look at the way women's minds work. Marilyn Yalom says "An eye-opening account of the biological foundations of human behavior. Destined to become a classic in the field of gender studies." - Book Passage

  • @rookababe I know I never get judged by my looks.

  • @rookababe In return, men get judged by their social status, does that suck too iyo?

  • @spudnutsncoffee

heartless and ugly--- unlike the lady

  • @rookababe It is of importance to me, my favorite person

  • @earthshakingfart

    Dear Mr. Fart,

I did not mean to insult YOU especially - all I meant to say was:

Men dont get judged by their looks like women do (espec. in the media) and this sucks.

Of what importance are her looks with regard to what she states??? OF NONE - ABSOLUTELY NONE.

What I can see in the whole world is that women shut up if they have nothing to say... so why dont men? 'Less is more' is a very helpful saying, IMHO ;)

  • @rookababe I use my brain all day, I complimented her on her looks, and I enjoy your speaking skills as well, however, I like her looks too, free country and I will say what I want, we all should.

  • @earthshakingfart

well, she MIGHT be sexy -

your statement says a lot about YOU, honey (as well as ur alias LOL).

It does not say anything at all about HER.

Can't we pls stop judging women by her looks??? This misbehaviour is a plague. Start using ur brain for a change!

  • @reivenlocke To the extent that a person's feminine is well developed, that person will be effective at communicating feelings. Talking about feelings can be useful in relationships, but honestly it's overrated. Sometimes the best way to communicate is shut the eff up and screw each other. A good banging speaks volumes. It's the best way to leave a women speechless. I think the good doctor hasn't been screwed well in a year or two. I would like to rearrange her thinking some.

  • And thank you for the comment by the way, I am in no way a feminist by any means. I think what feminists do with unsubstantiated data is repulsive. And the fear I have with the MRA is not that they don't have legitimate claims for human rights issues but rather it's important to remember that gender issues are important and I think the best ways is not to stress on a gender separated platform but together on a humanistic platform together. I think this is the highest ideals we can work towards.
