LOL the science is set, Yet, after years of stonewalling, they seem to have 'lost' the raw data that is required to come up with their BS figures. They didn't lose anything, they deleted it cause if that data was ever made public it would be plain as day they are modifying data, omissions to data altering are described in DETAIL within the code comments of their models. Technically, we can do "local warming". Meaning that if we deforest areas, change river flows, drain marshes and wetlands, desertificate lands and level mountains we can raise the temperature of an area due to the lack of shade,moisture etc. If you make a chain of connected "local warmings" you will have a global one. This is also the reason you can't make assumptions on "global" warming just because your city is warmer than 50 years ago.Simply because it's 100% manmade invironment today.

In the environmental movement - everything is an emergency! This is precisely the problem; special-interest/pressure groups constantly fear-mongering and laying the old GUILT TRIP on our political leaders - who then feel pressurised and intimidated into action! Even worse, our political leaders get suckered into the bullshit and then try to inflict it onto an unsuspecting and gullible public. Let's face it, most of the public are simple-minded and will believe most things presented to them!
