  • You wouldnt have orphanages without religion?? What the fuck is wrong with him?

  • "Women and homosexuals were badly treated via science" is, technically, true. But then we learned/realised that it was wrong and we changed. That's what science does.

To go "The other guys are just as bad" isn't a proper rebuttal, it's a child stamping their feet and throwing a temper tantrum because the OTHER kids got to have a chocolate bar so why can't THEY have one?

  • I am not ashamed to admit I fast forward through Nigel Cuntley's maunderings.

  • @KurtCobainof21 maybe he's right - there might be fewer orphans if fewer people were killed because of religion.

  • @CPCGamer I like you, I like your brain.

  • @BenjaminTLaing Excuse my spelling--lol Zeus

  • @livedandletdie Zues also took the form of a Bull to father demi-gods(animal/human sex doesn't bother the speaker as much as the 'gayness' apparently), but by the same token Zues could have been female when he had wanted to be. To the extent that the speaker knows his subject, he's being dishonest about it.

  • @BenjaminTLaing Neither did I who have studied Greek Mythology since an age of 6. That was 13 years ago. Oh Zeus Gay how come he had A lot of children Athanae Pops in to my mind. <-Pun intended but only smart people would see why. Ares and Aphrodite and a lot of his other childs among many were not gods. Some were mythical creatures and some were ordinary humans some semi-Gods and som Demi-Gods. I can't say that he was Gay. In fact he loved nothing but beautiful ladies.

  • @LondonIrishRover Homosexuality was common in ancient Greece so it makes sense that their gods were the same. Look into Zeus's relationship with Ganymede for a start, then consider the exploits of Hercules, Achilles and Apollo to name but a few.

  • How did Zeus have children if he was gay?
