ADAMS COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A man is in jail Friday night for making a bomb threat that shut down a power plant.The Adams County Sheriff says Carlos Cruz Gomez left a note saying there was a bomb at Dayton Power and Light's Stuart Station Plant on US-52. Operations were stopped and the building was evacuated at around 1p.m. Friday afternoon. The bomb squad was called in but a search turned up nothing. Gomez is charged with making a false report.
