  • @Beg4ZNight I agree on the first tip also, but keeping on your toes & bouncing around is a good idea if you're fast. It just gives u an upper hand on power kicks.

  • his voice sounds like Allan from The hang over

  • While I'm no black belt (High Red at the moment), I know enough about sparring to know you are doing two things very wrong. You should ALWAYS have your guard up near your face (easier to block down then up) and it's a horrible idea to be bouncing around like that because it's very easy to get kicked when your up on the balls of your feet because you have no control of your weight when your body is up like that. Just sayin'.

  • I am a Black belt in Tae kwon do and in a fighting stance or back stance you are supposed to put more weight on ur back leg instead of your front so you can bring your front leg up quicker and keep your hands up and dont jump around move your body six inches back and forth with your ankle.

  • count to ten... yes, in corean

  • keep your hands up fool

  • we have a lot of big heads in the comments

  • @cheesemonkey1990 Well a lot of people hold a guard with one arm up, however usually they get hit by a kick like that as a counter and it's often better to learn how to avoid it as opposed to block it.
