Finally had a go at putting some footage on U Tube. Broke my sunglasses just before the flight so whilst I might not win any prizes for the flying, I'll definitely win a prize for most cheesy shades! It was a very very windy day and we managed to achieve a ground speed of 252 mph at 1800 ft.

The first airplane I ever flew was a Pitts S-2A. I went up and the pilot asked me if I wanted a go at flying it. I ended up rolling a Pitts on my first time flying an aircraft, absolutely unforgettable. I was already hooked but this was so much more. Hope to pass my aerobatics licence ASAP

@avq30r31 The Pitts landing attitude is such that you can not see anything in front of the aircraft, so we stick a side-slip on by crossing the controls to get a good sight of the runway, then straighten out in the flare to land. And landing these is not for the faint of heart! :-)

You're right. I ought to do another one. I've spent the last 6 months restoring the Pitts. Its now all finished and i'll get another one done. Thanks for all the comments.
