Aye, Bristow peaked during the mid-80's. He played his quickest then. BUt the dartitis took over and he slowed up a fair bit

Yes, looking at how consistently good Eric was in the early eighties he showed he had natural talent and didn't have to work at it. Perhaps he got fed up with the game towards the late eighties and early nineties, because his early to mid eighties play would have beaten both Priestly and Taylor without a doubt.
