Since the kids are limited only to what they can hold in two hands (plate & glass), schools obviously save food. Of course, schools are also eliminating student lockers, so pity the poor kids who also have to carry books, bags, and similar as well. Something has to go. Most kids would rather not go hungry, so many will forget the books. Another reason education is declining?
