  • Wonder how it would be fermented with some whey and kefir grains.... it would be a fizzy drink for sure and packed with good probiotics.

  • @mrunconventional Fermenting Ginger, Celtic Sea Salt, Grapefruit seed extract seems a good idea.

    The only problem I encountered fermenting was consuming too much young Kombucha while dealing with a skin fungus infection. It really seemed to get it entrenched much more thouroughly....

  • I go through phases. At the time I was using this I did it for a few weeks.

  • lol oops there goes the ginger :P you can also put the ginger into a coffee grinder and grind it up for better absorption and, make green or fruit smoothies with a blender for better absorption, it is also good to chew food throughly or if your having a smoothie kinda squeeze/swish your mouth with each drink to release saliva and serotonin for better digestion.
