The Thief and the Cobbler (1995) - Part 6 (HD)

Part 6, the grand finale...

... that is, the climatic battle I hinted on Part 5. "When to the wall you find your back, a tack! a tack!" Tack then realizes the tack he was biting that whole time was his one defeat against the whole army. The thief attempts to try out the war machine as if it were a roller coaster ride. The alligators and Zig Zag's pet vulture he has not paid any attention to, finally have their food for life.

(NOTE: in the original version of this movie, the Mighty One Eye was defeated via having his woman slaves sitting on him since he sat on them in the majority of his scenes in the movie.)

Then everyone was happy again, the golden balls were back where they belonged, Tack and the princess are married (in this scene originally voiced by the legendary Sean Connery, but was unfortunately re-dubbed). But before the movie ends, the thief takes the whole film, indicating the fact that it's just a movie!

I remember my dad brought home this movie from blockbuster, when I was about 5 or 6. I didn't pay much attention to the story, but I remember writing the opening monologue of the movie along with the ending when the thief takes the film in my first grade class journal. 11 years later, I am brought back to a movie that I watched so many years ago. Nostalgia is a drug that is so nice to go back to.

Tack is the greatest! So far, he's my favorite animated character! XD i luv him! this was an awsome movie, and this version of it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better :) i love how you can't see his mouth that good, but the tacks in his mouth shows what mouth expression he's showing :) i <3 this movie!
