Never-seen-before performance of the number "Homey 2 Homey" from Roofless a new Hip-hop musical in development. This footage is from the ASCAP/DISNEY THEATRICALS Musical Theatre Workshop, Los Angeles, 2005. The 25-minute preview of Roofless created a buzz from coast to coast. Playwrights Tim Long and Jerome Johnson, under the mentorship of Stephen Schwartz & Michael Kerker of ASCAP are still in development on the show, hoping to preview Roofless to the public in 2010. Performing this number are David ShoTyme Holmes (ATL) and 2008 Grammy-nominated lyricist Johnny Polygon. (For Nas' "Black President") Watch for Johnny Polygon's debut project from DJ Green Lantern's Future Green Entertainment. The creation of "Homey 2 Homey" was a seamless collaboration between Johnny Polygon, ShoTyme, Jerome Johnson & Tim Long.
