20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
Oh, by the way, founded in 1851 in London, Reuters is the preeminent international news agency. I had to add this lest anyone suggest that it is a right-wing wacko news organization with some sort of bias against liberals or the left. Please note they used the term "illegal immigrants" as opposed to the nuanced "undocumented workers" ascribed by liberals.
It's not a lot of money. First of all, we're only talking about high school drop outs. 5% of $10 an hour is 50 cents. Second, numerous studies have shown that merely graduating from high school can increase one's earnings potential by as much as 40%.
Let's face it. To graduate high school in this country, all one needs to do is show up an breathe for a few hours a day. For someone who can't do that, immigration isn't their biggest problem.
a buck an hour? more like $2-$3 but even a dollar an hour is 40 dollars a week and $2,080 a year if that's not a lot of money to you please remit that sum to me.
