  • Its genetics his are good ours could be good or bad we dont kno its luck of the draw

  • @moethebadass1

Lol, you didn't gain 35lbs in a year unless you used PH/AAS

Not even noob gains yield those results.

  • something weird happend with me; i gained 35 lbs of nearly all muscle in a year. my %body fat is 9 now, i just ate right and as much as i could (still do, lol) and pushed myself till I was spent, then rested only enough to workout again.

  • im 6ft 148lbs :(

    pah

  • mr1derful112? you can see his veins who gives a shit just cuz you can see his veins means he took a cycle of steroids? your a fucking idiiot man and no nothing about steroids or bodybuilding for that matter

  • U did some juice, its obvious in the veins bro, doesnt mean alot, but you did a cycle i bet on it..

  • tip eat like a horse sleep like a baby & train like a moster (with weights)

  • hey just wondering

im 5ft 4 and 135 pounds and i do boxing and now im thinking of bulking up but i want to keep my speed so is it posible to bulk up with more reps instead of low reps?

and im thinkin of taking celltech for a month then go to l-glutamine for a month and do that cycle for 6 months. so is this a good idea or no?

  • i think he makes a big mistake saying that minimizing fat is the way to go. i agree, high protein and low saturated (and no trans) fat is important, but mono and polyunsaturated fats are important to maintain. obviously what hes done works for him, but just making a tiny revision

  • @FunnyRabbi Try protein before and after you lift. and know your limits. It really hurts when you start lifting. and since this comment is what, a month old, you should be getting over those pains right? It is good that since you are trying to loose weight you are still lifting. keep it up, it definitely gets better over time.
