  • gee, this is odd: at food network .com the recipe calls for 1 lb of cranberries, which is 16 oz, but in the video here it calls for 12 oz. it seems that all they sell at the megamarts are 12 oz bags, not 16 oz bags. was this just a simple error or does the real recipe call for 12 oz, not one whole pound?

if anyone's made this before i'd appreciate any feedback! :)

  • Wow! Look at you! This is an amazing channel! Also truly fun!! Let's stay in touch. Visit me sometimes!

  • You guys ever had a cranberry raw? I just bought them to see what the fuss is about. The berry itself is not sweet but very tangy and sour. Its like eating a non-sweet apple. lol! But I love cranberry sauce! :)

  • I made this and it is 100% better than canned cranberry sauce. It is excelent that is all I can say!

  • Thanks

  • I WANNA TRY IT!! XD

  • yup yup exactly :) its the stuff before the rine orange zest is the outer layer of the peel

  • Yup. Just the orange part of the peel with none of the white stuff underneath. You can pretty much just use a cheese grater or potato peeler to shave it off.

  • Nice.

I know this sounds like a dumb question but what exactly is Orange zest? Are they shavings from the orange peel?

  • UR SOOOOO HOT! ~~
