Questionable Ref Calls from the 2008 USC-Stanford Game

Clip 1 - Why wasn't USC DB Will Harris not called for a personal foul (face mask) when he ripped off Stanford RB Delano Howell's helmet?

Clip 2 - Where was the PI? I think the commentator was looking at the wrong players. I believe Stanford LB Will Powers should have been penalized for his push in the back on USC FB Rhett Ellison

Clip 3 - Where was the PI on Stanford DB Wopamo Osaisai? Osaisai was face guarding and never turned back. Additionally, USC WR Damian Williams was plain out mugged.

2 was ok cause it was within 5 yards

and 3 cause there was no interference

Clip 1 - totally agree. anyone with a brain knows that was a facemask.

Clip 2 - contact within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage while the ball is not in the air is legal. Replay the clip. Ball is still in Sanchez's hands. Good call.

Clip 3 - Face Guarding isn't a penalty. Williams doesn't even argue the call because he knows that he wasn't mugged.

we had a play that cost us the playoffs cause the ref totally blew it, chech it out on my channel or just typer in "referee blows call" first one haha
