  • Lol, the lyrics are so off

  • @SiobhanMorrissey88 It's called the United kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Ireland is part of the UK not Britain

  • Steen - Bier

  • @SiobhanMorrissey88 Idd, how did the IRA existed in the first place..... Many people are so dumb, u should not even have to explane that.

  • @CrazySince I took a walking tour in Dublin. From what I was told, your guess is correct. In fact, Britain still owns Northern Ireland as part of an agreement to give Irish rebels a place (Southern Ireland) to be free from the queen (the crown in general) and from Britain. woodlands-junior.kent.sch.uk/customs/questions/britain.html

  • @SiobhanMorrissey88 A lot of people get confused about this. I have on many occasions tried to explain that Ireland has nothing to do with Britain, but is part of the British Isles. I always thought it was something to do with when UK had control of Ireland before it became a Republic. I maybe wrong. :)

  • For the record people - the republic of Ireland is not a part of Britain or the United Kingdom. It is one of 2 islands referred to as the "British Isles" purely because of its close proximity to Britain. Ireland being referred to as a British Isle does not equate to Ireland being a part of Britain. Northern Ireland however is a part of both Britain and the United Kingdom...

See... now that wasnt that confusing was it?? ;)

  • this is very fast!!!!!

  • @HeavenlyAngyles Again, not to split hairs or be a snob, but I did not say Ireland was part of the UK, I said it was part of Britain (and not England), as in the British Isles. You are thinking of Great Britain (Scotland, England, Wales), one of the two main British Isles, the other being Ireland. Both are technically British, as far as physical geography is concerned, but do not try to tell an Irishman he is "British!"

  • @gunterdak actually Britain is made up of England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom. That's the difference between Britain and UK, UK includes Northern Ireland, Britain doesn't.
