@Arjozof This one took a little longer than most of the others to write. Locrian is all rage. Thanks for the comment.

@87Bassist Yes, I'll do this on piano some day. It might be a few months out however.

Has a good diminished sound to it. I have heard of playing in B major or B minor, but would this be considered as playing in B diminished, or would it be given some other term like "B in locrian mode"? I never learned to read music, but I have been picking up a lot lately with these different scales(modes). It's been expanding my music on the keyboard.

@Torn80cj Playing in B major or minor is referring to the scale, or tonality. So this piece is in the key of B locrian. It just happens that the 1 chord is diminished.
If you'd like to hear a better recording of this on a nice piano in a nice concert hall, just follow the 2nd link in the description above- watch the video there and select #12 on the video screen (also #19).
Glad you liked it!

This would sound great on a clavichord ya know... We have a band and I'm hoping to write alot of modal music.

@akamarutv - I wish I had a clavichord, you don't think its sound would be too delicate for this music? Good luck with your band!
