A fun fact about herbs is usually if they are companion plant to the plant, they also taste good together. An example of that is basil tastes really good with tomatoes, in bruschetta, or in sauces, or on pizza. And the other plants that are like that is, carrots and chamomile are a companion plant. Borage and strawberries are companion plants. And the borage puts out a beautiful purple flower that, tastes like cucumber.

As a fun fact, I know that a lot of people use herbs as, in medicinal purposes. So, a lot of herbs can be used not just for culinary purposes, but also to heal things. Actually, almost all herbs are beneficial, so if you sprinkle a little bit of lavage or lemon balm or chamomile around your garden, it can help promote the growth of other plants. So it is actually beneficial to grow herbs along with vegetables and fruit.
