Proposition; A complete constructed circuit to apply to small one cylinder four stroke engine, these engines have waste spark; need to capture the extant power from ignition coil and punch it up to be directed to the spark plug on the engine to explode water for fuel at the proper time , I am just to inept to fab this device myself, if you make it for me I will pay you for the service.
