You can do it! I wanted to when I was 13. Get a part-time job as soon as you're old enough and save your pennies to at least travel there during the summer...that's what I did. Now I live there. good luck!

Japan is very different from Russia. Japan is a very beautiful country. I think one day come to Japan to meet and talk with people and learn about this country, something new.

AAAH I love Tokyo streets, i went there like 3 months ago and it was amazing and really loved the people there... japanese people are who made japan so beautiful to me!

I'm white so I look different.. But still I kind of enjoy that.
However I don't know how are black people seen... depends on the people.
