I would love to know how you keep your BBQ running for 4-6 hours. Do you use special charcoal? The stuff I use never lasts longer than 2 hrs. Do you reload half way thru?

I made this a few days ago, had some right off, then let the meat set for a couple days & man they just came out better!
Well, I still have a ton of meat & broth left & while I can make a quick stew or casserole out of it, kinda wondering what the Pit Masters would make of it?

love you guys, but, ya lost me when you used kitchen bouquet. lol we'd have to string you up in new orleans for that. make a good dark roux dude. it'll take that recipe to a whole nuther level. :)
