My Schwinn Meridian tricycle that I converted to run on an electric motor.

I ride this to work almost everyday and around town for errands. Max speed is about 25mph measured by radar. I am not quite sure of the range, somewhere around 10 to 15 miles.

Specs
- (4) 12 volt SLA Batteries 10 aH
- 36 volt 600W motor overvolted to 48 volts
- 48 volt 1000W motor controller
- 3 Amp 48 volt XLR plug charger

  • where did you get the batterys bro and the key on off.

  • Why did you over volt? Does the handlebar brake kill the motor at all? Did you have to add a sprocket to the bike that the motor ran on?
